Design
Using Solid Edge ST modeling software we can design your product from sketches, a sample part or even an idea.
Your files can be imported as .dxf, .dwg, .iges and many other formats. If you can conceive it we can make it.

Fabrication
All of our key fabrication equipment is computer numerically controlled (CNC). From our shear, turret punch, hi-def plasma and press brakes we can program your part and produce it with consistancy. One area where we do not use computers is the welding shop. Quality tig and mig welding is still done manually by our craftsmen on carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

Finish
If your product calls for a brushed finish, a sandblasted finish, paint or powder coat, we have it covered. We also offer plating and anodizing. What good is a nice finish if it gets damaged in shipment. We go the extra mile when it comes to packaging to protect your product against freight damage.
