Starting with Solid Edge ST7 Solid Modeling Software and Hypertherm ProNest we can design your product from scratch or import your files and modify them as needed. From punching precision parts on our CNC Turret Punch or cutting them on our CNC Hy-Def Plasma we will make sure that we hit your dimensions right on the money. From there we can go to our 175 ton 2 axis CNC press brake and form the part to your specs. You need special hardware installed? Not a problem with our Autosert press. Now it is off to the welding area to add precision MIG or TIG welds to your part.
